Ben Wegmann has been a licensed real estate professional coming up on 10 years in the DFW area. In 2016, newly licensed at the age of 21, Ben started helping his friends lease apartments and quickly became known as the "go-to" apartment locator. A year later when many of his clients leases ended they again reached out to Ben for his services but this time it was to purchase. This is when Ben's real estate business truly began to take off. Fast forward to 2026, Ben was the top producing agent at his brokerage of 500+ other agents for the fourth year in a row, selling over $52 million worth of real estate in 2025 alone. He leads a team of 4 other well experienced agents, "The Ben Wegmann Team", and has future plans to grow the team to cover the entire state of Texas.
